OUR STORY:

Contemplating the daily challenges faced by vehicle owners and the tedious routines associated with garage visits, tyre changes, a broader vision emerged: “How can we streamline and enhance the entire vehicle ownership experience amidst our hectic schedules?”

Our focus naturally gravitated towards the familiar frustrations of garage routines – the rush, the inevitable waiting, the logistical juggling act.

While mobile phones greatly simplified the way customers purchase and access services, the interaction with garages has remained virtually unchanged for decades. 

Enter Nnamo, an idea born out of the desire to expand the traditional garage experience by relying upon the trustworthiness of independent garages and the progress in mobile capabilities. Beyond the extensive locker network, we aim to leverage the realm of features enabled by remote car connectivity, empowering users and garages to effortlessly manage their automotive needs.

WHO WE ARE:

Our efforts from the beginning have been aimed at designing a solution which would minimise the hassle required of the customer to book a garage visit, and then molding the logistics around it.

OUR TEAM:

MAURO MARCHEI

Mauro grew up on a farm in Italy which taught him a great deal about resourcefulness and creativity, besides fostering a curiosity for all things mechanical. He came to the UK in 2009 to pursue his university degree and stayed ever since. Mauro brings over 10 years experience in trading physical commodities and optimising logistical solutions.

NICOLÓ JAMES WHITE

Nicoló has over 15 years experience in customer service across different business areas, ranging from utilities to hospitality. His obsession with customer experience makes him the ideal sounding-board to test end-to-end solutions. He runs his real-estate business from Italy where he moved to in 2012.
